Spencer and Tyler grew up in Asheville, NC and met in high school. Tyler had a quiet crush on Spencer, but their lives headed in different directions. Years later, after Spencer had gone to college, she got to catch up with Tyler at a party with some high school friends. Tyler quickly asked her on a proper date and she said yes. Spencer said it was the perfect date and Tyler was the perfect gentleman she had been waiting for. Tyler knew she was “the one” since that moment.

A couple years later, Spencer finished her masters, got engaged to Tyler, and got a job in Seattle. Tyler of course followed her to Seattle and they decided they couldn’t wait any longer… so they called their two sisters (and me) and we met up in Seattle for a romantic elopement at Mt. Rainier and a photoshoot in a Japanese garden.
